Negotiating for faculty, protecting shared governance.

Since 1966, the HFCC-FT has negotiated one of the nation’s leading community college contracts and one of its strongest traditions of collegial shared governance.

We represent full-time teaching faculty, counselors, and librarians — advocating at the bargaining table, in Lansing, and in the classroom for the working conditions that make good teaching possible.
